1. Promotion Duration: This promotion is valid for a period of 120 days, commencing from the start date of the promotion and concluding on March 1st, 2024.

2. Non-Cash Offer: The "Free 10-Day Cruise" offered as part of this promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any monetary value.

3. Maximum Cruise Value: The cruise provided as part of this promotion will have a maximum value of $4,000. Any costs incurred beyond this maximum value will be the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Booking and Scheduling: Please note that the promotion does not guarantee the booking or scheduling of the cruise. It is the responsibility of the recipient to arrange and schedule the cruise, subject to the terms and conditions set by the cruise provider.

5. Deduction from Sales Commission: The value of the cruise, up to the maximum value of $4,000, can be deducted from the sales commission payable to Darren & Megan Lockwood when you list and sell your property with Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast.

6. Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, you must list and sell your property with Darren & Megan Lockwood of Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast. The promotion is only valid for clients who have entered into a listing agreement with Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast during the promotional period.

7. Marketing Costs: Any marketing costs associated with listing your property for sale must be paid upfront by the property owner and are not covered as part of this promotion.

8. Standard Commission Rate: The standard commission rate for the sale of your property with Darren & Megan Lockwood is 2.75% of the final sale price. This commission rate is applicable even when the value of the cruise is deducted from the commission.

9. Changes and Cancellations: Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, no liability will be incurred by Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast.

10. Agreement Acceptance: By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Any deviation from these terms and conditions is at the sole discretion of Aura Property Group Sunshine Coast.
